Membership & Salon Terms

NoTherapists is operated by MoodClinics LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as NoTherapists.
What you are joining
NoTherapists Salons offer listening, education and practical skills. They do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, medication advice or emergency care. Choose an appropriate qualified professional when your needs go beyond the Method.
Price and renewal
Salon membership costs $99 per month and renews automatically until you pause or cancel. The actual charge is monthly even where approximate weekly value is discussed. There is no annual membership. Checkout requires an affirmative acceptance of the recurring charge. A separate private session is $99 for 45 minutes; it is not included in Salon membership and is not complimentary.
Your first Salon
Your first Salon experience is complimentary. A first-time guest invited by a member uses this same one-time offer. The system tracks the offer against your account; it cannot be repeated by creating another account. A free visit does not start recurring billing. You do not need a private session before joining.
Weekly participation and portability
Salon membership provides approximately one eligible Salon participation per week, not unlimited sessions. Weeks are Monday–Sunday in the timezone displayed in your booking area. Reserve your weekly credit in one eligible Salon and explore another Salon in a later week. Credits do not accumulate. Check which Salons are eligible for your membership before enrolling.
Launch and bookings
Salons launch when at least four paying members are enrolled and an approved provider has accepted the assignment. A reservation in an enrolling Salon is conditional until launch. Complimentary guests do not count toward the minimum. Check the booking status before attending.
Pause, cancel and resume
Use Membership & Salons to pause or cancel future renewal. Ordinarily your current paid period remains available and is not prorated. A pause suspends billing and access after that period while retaining your account for resume. Cancellation stops renewal. Resume after paid access ends starts a new paid month upon confirmed payment; restoring a pending pause/cancellation during the paid period does not charge an extra month. If a billing request is not confirmed, contact NoTherapists; the site must not show a successful billing change merely because a button was clicked.
Missed or cancelled Salons
No cash refund is provided solely because you miss a Salon. Cancelling a booking and cancelling membership are different actions. The current credit-restoration rule is shown in your booking area; support reviews unused-credit requests according to the booking terms. A cancelled reservation may continue to hold that week's credit until released. NoTherapists cancellation releases unused reservations so another eligible Salon can be selected. These terms do not waive refunds or other rights required by applicable law.
Participation and privacy
Respect other participants, their boundaries and privacy. Do not record, photograph or distribute another person's participation without specific permission. Group confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Share only what you want others to hear. Threats, harassment, sexual misconduct, dangerous conduct and serious repeated disruption may result in removal, suspension or termination, with any legally required payment handling addressed separately.
Parents and children
Parents are the primary members in SOCIAL MEDIA & YOUR TEEN. A child attends only a designated parent-child activity with their parent/legal guardian present throughout. There is no extra child charge for that activity. Separate Parent Participation & Consent terms apply. No independent teen enrollment or Trainer alone 1:1 with a minor is offered.
