How to Start Your Subscription
Follow these simple steps to begin your subscription and set up your next appointment:
Step 1: Access the Subscription Button
• Visit the MoodClinics homepage (moodclinics.com).
• Locate the “Subscription” button prominently displayed on the homepage and click on it.
Step 2: Sign In to Your Portal
• You will be directed to the patient portal login page.
• Enter your login credentials (email and password).
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
Step 3: Choose Your Subscription Plan
• After signing in, you will see the subscription option displayed.
Step 4: Confirm and Set Up Payment
• Click on the $99 subscription option to proceed.
• Follow the prompts to enter your payment information securely.
• Confirm your subscription to finalize the setup.
Step 5: Schedule Your Appointment
• Once your subscription is activated, you’ll be redirected to the appointment scheduling page.
• Select your preferred date and time for your next appointment from the available options.
• Confirm the appointment, and you’re all set!
Step 6: Confirmation
• You will receive a confirmation email for both your subscription activation and the scheduled appointment.
• If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
