1. Start Your Intake
• Website Sign-Up: Most people click the “$49 Initial Psychiatric Evaluation” button on our website to access our secure portal.
• Email Link (Optional): If you spoke with us first, we might email you a link to the same portal.
2. Create Your Portal Account
• Username & Password: Follow the prompts to choose a username and password.
• Credit Card on File: Enter your card info for the $49 initial evaluation and future visits.
3. Fill Out Intake Forms
• Consent & Personal Info: Complete a few simple forms with your contact details and consents.
• Extra Questionnaires: Fill out any additional forms (e.g., medical history) at least 24 hours before your appointment.
4. Schedule Your Appointment
• Pick a Date & Time: Choose from the available slots in the portal.
• Confirmation Email: You’ll get an email with your appointment details.
5. Prepare for Your Telehealth Visit
• Email Reminder & Video Link: Before your appointment, you’ll receive a link to join by video.
• Quiet, Private Space: Find a comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted.
• Test Your Connection: Make sure your device and internet are working well.
6. Attend Your Consultation
• Evaluation & Diagnosis: Discuss your concerns, receive a psychiatric evaluation, and possibly a prescription.
• Stay Visible: Keep your camera on and avoid distractions.
• Prescription Delivery: If prescribed, medications go directly to your pharmacy.
7. After the Visit
• Reschedule or Cancel: Use the portal to manage your appointments (48-hour notice to avoid fees).
• Follow-Ups: Keep scheduling sessions based on your treatment plan.
